Customer Specific Dinners (Plated & Seated)

  • 5-9 courses starts at $200/person (Menu Dependent)
  • Minimum $1600/Event
  • Staff required for 4 or more people
  • Staff fee is separate at $20/hr.
  • Staff available for Bartending (TABC Cert), Set up, Food/Wine Service & Kitchen/Plate Clean up

A non-refundable Deposit (25% of Event Price) is due to reserve the event date. The deposit is credited against the cost of the event.

Payments can be made via QuickBooks ACH bank transfer for FREE. If paying by credit card, a 3.5% convenience fee is added. Event balance is due in full on the day of the event.

If not a 501(c) 3, an applicable sales tax will be added to the final bill.

Guest count guarantee is due 1 week prior to the event. Clients are charged for the entire guest count guarantee regardless of the actual # of guests in attendance.

A 20% gratuity is added for any parties of 6 or more guests in attendance.

A $100.00 Cleaning fee will be charged to clients if any appliance, counter top or refrigeration cleaning is required by staff upon arrival to the event.
