March 18th: Cooking Demonstration (Texas A&M Agrilife)

Chef Crusco will be assisting the Dinner Tonight! Healthy Cooking School and teaching attendees how to make simple, cost effective, nutritious meals for the family.

 

April 17th: Official Launch Party for Quench Austin

Sponsored & produced by Austin’s own fashion marketing group, Velvet Cartel. Chef Crusco will be providing desserts at this high end launch event for Quench Austin, an elite boutique staffing agency.

 

April 17th: Austin Lawyers’ Auxiliary Cooking Demo

Chef Crusco will be demonstrating Modern Mexican cuisine for 30 women members. The event helps raise awareness for the Austin Lawyers’ Auxiliary as well as support all law related public service initiatives.

 

April 25th-27th: Buffalo Gap Food & Wine Summit

Chef Crusco has been invited by the James Beard award winner, Tom Perini, and his wife Lisa to the famous Buffalo Gap Food & Wine Summit. Chef Crusco will be doing a cooking demo and talk on Argentine Food & Culture as well as have the once in a lifetime opportunity to work with the world renown Argentine chef, Francis Malmann!
