Peach Bellini


Recipe provided by Chef Crusco Catering in Austin, TX.



  1. Place the Peaches, Lemon juice and Sugar into a Blender or Food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Press the mixture through a sieve and discard any solids in the sieve.
  3. Place 2-3 tbsps. Peach puree into each Champagne glass and fill with your Bubbly of choice. Serve immediately and enjoy!
