- 30 Roma Tomatoes washed ans sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp dry oregano
- Sea salt/fresh ground pepper
- Set oven to 275 degrees. Line 4 sheet pans with foil and then parchment paper.
- Line sheet pans with sliced tomatoes 1/2″ – 1″ apart.
- Season with oregano, salt & pepper. Roast for 4 hrs or until shriveled and colored.
- Once cool, package in a sealed jar. May be used for sauces, salads and soups alike. Enjoy!
