Chocolate Affogato

Ingredients

  • 1 shot of Espresso (2-3 ounes)
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream or Gelato
  • 1 splash Godiva White Chocolate Liquor
  • Shaved dark Chocolate or Cacao nibs – for garnish 

Directions

  1. Using your desired brewing method, brew 2-3 ounces good espresso. 
  2. As the espresso is brewing, drop 1 scoop vanilla ice cream into a small drinking glass. 
  3. Pour the espresso shot and 1 splash chocolate liquor over the ice cream.
  4. Top with shaved dark Chocolate or Cacao nibs and serve immediately. Enjoy!
