Ingredients – Salad
- 2 Heirloom Tomatoes 🍅 – cut into wedges
- 2 Cucumbers – cleaned, peeled halfway and cut into 1/4 inch slices
- 1/4 Red Onion- sliced very thin and chilled in ice water
- Baguette Croutons – cut into 1/2 inch cubes, dress with EVOO/salt/pepper and roast at 400 degrees until golden
- EVOO & Balsamic Vinegar – for dressing
- Sea Salt & fresh ground Pepper – to taste
Directions:
- To make the salad, add tomatoes and cucumbers to a plate or platter. Garnish with the red onions & croutons.
- Dress all the vegetables with EVOO and Balsamic Vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
