Chef Crusco and his team were amazing! I can easily say their food and service was the highlight of our trip. They made everything so special and the food was incredible. Working up to the day of our dinner, Chef Crusco was very accommodating to any food allergies that needed to be considered and was very thoughtful as we worked on the menu together. Chef Crusco delivered an incredible 7 course dinner for a special event for us. The communication and planning leading up to the event was easy and organized. He helped guide the menu to incorporate favorites with a amazing flair. We wanted a wine pairing and he helping arrange a sommelier. The dinner could not have been more perfect. The food was out of this world, with each course you think you have tasted your favorite, and every single bite did not disappoint. It was a dinner to remember. Chef Carlos Crusco is a GEM!!  Rare find in Austin.  Not only is his food impeccable, his attention to detail and customer service are incredible.  From the initial consult, to the dinner event at my home, Carlos and his team provided more than we ever anticipated.  He is engaging and passionate about his product. Not only is his food unique and delicious, the presentation in and of itself was incredible.  We cannot wait to host another dinner party for our family and friends.
