Ingredients
- 2 cups Water
- 1 cup Honey
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup fresh Lemon juice
- 2 Lemons – zest
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- Candied Orange Peels
- Fresh Mint
Directions
- Combine the water, honey, sugar, lemon juice, zest and turmeric in a pot and warm until the sugar melts. Once cool, place in a blender and process until smooth.
- Transfer to a deli cup or a container with a top. Place in the refrigerator over night.
- Put the mixture into an ice cream machine and run until the liquid turns into a sorbet consistency.
- Return the mixture into the deli cup or container and place in the freezer to fully set overnight.
- To serve, scoop two quenelles in a bowl. Garnish with candied orange peels and mint. Enjoy!
