Ingredients
- 1 shot of Espresso (2-3 ounes)
- 1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream or Gelato
- 1 splash Godiva White Chocolate Liquor
- Shaved dark Chocolate or Cacao nibs – for garnish
Directions
- Using your desired brewing method, brew 2-3 ounces good espresso.
- As the espresso is brewing, drop 1 scoop vanilla ice cream into a small drinking glass.
- Pour the espresso shot and 1 splash chocolate liquor over the ice cream.
- Top with shaved dark Chocolate or Cacao nibs and serve immediately. Enjoy!
