Ingredients
- 2 large Heirloom Tomato’s – sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 1 bunch fresh Thyme – leaves only
- 1 block Feta cheese – crumbled into small pieces
- 1/2 cup Chef Leahs go to Vinaigrette
- Sea salt and fresh cracked pepper
Directions
- Clean and prepare the tomato’s, thyme and feta.
- Prepare Chef Leah’s Go to Vinaigrette and set aside.
- To assemble, place 3 slices of tomato per plate (one scaled onto another).
- Dress with the vinaigrette and season with sea salt and fresh cracked pepper.
- Garnish with the Feta cheese and Thyme leaves. Enjoy!
