Ingredients
- 1 can Garbanzo Beans – rinsed and drained
- 1 cup frozen Peas – thawed
- 2 Garlic cloves – peeled and cut into small pieces
- 5-6 tbsps. Tahini
- 4-5 tbsps. water – adjust as needed
- 2 tbsps. EVOO
- 2-3 tbsps. Lemon juice
- 10-20 Mint leaves – or to taste
- 4-5 stems Cilantro
- Sea Salt & fresh ground Pepper – to taste
- 2 Radishes – sliced thin for garnish
- Optional – Aleppo pepper flakes for garnish
Directions
- Combine beans, peas, garlic, tahini, water, evoo, lemon juice, mint and cilantro in a food processor and purée for 2-3 minutes or until smooth (make sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed).
- Taste and season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and/or more herbs if needed.
- Prepare the radishes and set aside. Place the hummus into a serving bowl. Garnish with peas, radishes, herbs and more EVOO. Sprinkly with sea salt and serve with Pita Chips. Enjoy!
