Tomato + Feta Salad

Ingredients – Salad

  • 1 Heirloom or Beefsteak Tomatoes 
  • 3-4 tbsps. Feta Cheese
  • 1 tsp. Fresh Thyme
  • EVOO
  • Sea Salt


  1. Slice the tomatoes into 1/2 inch rounds and lay onto a plate or platter in a scaled fashion.
  2. Sprinkle the Feta cheese and Thyme leaves on top of the tomatoes.
  3. Season with Sea Salt and very good EVOO. Enjoy!
