Ingredients – Salad
- 1 Heirloom or Beefsteak Tomatoes
- 3-4 tbsps. Feta Cheese
- 1 tsp. Fresh Thyme
- Sea Salt
- Slice the tomatoes into 1/2 inch rounds and lay onto a plate or platter in a scaled fashion.
- Sprinkle the Feta cheese and Thyme leaves on top of the tomatoes.
- Season with Sea Salt and very good EVOO. Enjoy!
