Ingredients
- 10 Medjool Dates (cut in half and pitted)
- 2-3 ounces of Gorgonzola Dolce
- 20 Smoked and Salted Almonds
- 1 Orange (Zest only)
- 2-3 tbsps. Orange Blossom Honey
- Parsley – leaves for garnish
Directions
- Cut the dates in half lengthwise and remove the seed.
- Take a pinch of Gorgonzola and place inside one half of the date. Repeat for all.
- Place an almond on top. Dress with honey and Orange Zest.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with a glass of champagne. Enjoy!
